Is home schooling illegal? California thinks so.
Did we deserve it? No, and Mark Steyn thinks not, too. As he says, we deserved to be attacked as much as a woman deserves to be raped. You won't hear this out of Liberals, of course, because rape is only about sex, and Bill Clinton taught us that sex isn't important.
Finally, someone is acting sensibly in the face of tyrrany caused by terrorist attacks on US soil.

For those people who think Homeland Defense is a good idea, here's something to think about.
This Guy's always belonged in Looney Tunes.
NASA: We found it.
They can vote, serve life in prison or the death penalty, and fight and die in service for their country, but they can't drink, and now California wants to deny them cigarettes.
On August 22, 1485, Richard III died in battle and the Crown was passed to Henry Tudor, King Henry VII of England, Richard's nemesis and commander of the opposing army.
I've spent some time studying Richard III, and this story is fascinating.

Global Warming? Now, if we can only find some way to blame America for this, Europe will write a UN charter for funding to pay scientists to combat it and regulations to cripple the American economy.

As if we needed more evidence that al Qaeda are bad guys: ABC News story. We may need to invade Iraq just to go after our anti-terror goals, and bypass Saddam Hussein altogether. This is, however, an unprecedented opportunity for the Iraqi president to deliver up some terrorists to the UN and gain himself much favour with Khofi Annan against the rumoured US invasion. Watch him drop the ball.
