OK, here's some clear demagoguery: "rejects the concept of polluter pays" to the benefit of the polluting industries, Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle, D-S.D., said."
Eh? Hows that? Take tax dollars out of the cleanup equation, and companies are thus "getting away with it"? Huh? Seems to me this would make them foot a larger percentage of the bill, rather. I guess basic math doesn't apply in Congress.

Change the World Dept: In order to end racism, you must end racism. Georgia's on the right track with the Hope Scholarship Program. Naturally, you'll get some bleeding-heart, who's really nothing more than a closet racist, to find fault with merit based systems.
